Sometimes it's nice to get out of your immediate environment, get a change of scenery, and experience new things. Project Longevity Hartford and the Hartford Police Department brings Hartford youth outside of their communities to learn how to fish and to have a good time. The kids get a chance to build relationships with law enforcement through catch and release recreational fishing while receiving mentoring and learning interpersonal skills.
