Soon the East End section of Bridgeport will have increased access to fresh organic produce through the upcoming Pop Up Market and Cafe. The Bridgeport team had a great time serving the community by helping to set up the Pop Up Market, working alongside the Young Adult Police Commissioners, community residents, and civic leaders. Food insecurity is a major issue in many communities across the country, and the East End Pop Up Market is a promising sign of a solution to a longstanding issue socioeconomic issue.
